Mayor of the West Midlands, Andy Street, came to see another Warmflame Developments site as construction got underway to develop an 11-unit scheme in Rowley Regis.
The previously derelict site is being transformed into a high-quality industrial scheme thanks to a multi-million-pound investment from the West Midlands Combined Authority
