Warmflame Developments are delighted to announce that we have secured Outline Planning Permission on our West Works site in Corby fronting the A427, Weldon Road.
WD.WEST WORKS will deliver much needed employment space for Corby as follows:
· 1.85 million sq ft across 98 acres
· E(g)(iii), B2 and B8 use classes approved
· Units will be available from 50,000 sq ft up to 1.1 million sq ft
· Height to haunch up to 28m
· 10MVA allocated power (more available)
· Net zero carbon capabilities
